The Refcomp SP2H0500 / SP2H050E is a 5HP (3.7kW) semi-hermetic compressor engineered for cold room and commercial refrigeration applications. It combines a refined gas-passage design, a precision crankshaft and piston assembly, and integrated motor protection to deliver reliable, efficient performance in demanding operating conditions.
The built-in safety valve connects the high- and low-pressure sides, helping prevent internal pressure from exceeding safe limits and providing an additional layer of operational protection.
An optimized gas-passage layout reduces flow resistance and cylinder clearance volume while supporting effective motor cooling. This helps improve the operating efficiency of the semi-hermetic compressor.
The piston compressor features RefComp's self-developed crankshaft, connecting rod and piston design, supporting smooth operation, low vibration and effective lubrication. A wear-resistant bushing at the connecting rod's small end helps reduce component wear.
